About this Role
Lead our business development efforts to expand Ökoplan's market presence and develop strategic partnerships in the landscape architecture industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities
- Develop and maintain client relationships
- Prepare proposals and tender submissions
- Negotiate contracts and agreements
- Represent company at industry events
- Conduct market research and analysis
- Collaborate with design teams on project proposals
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- 5+ years of business development experience
- Experience in construction or design industry preferred
- Strong sales and negotiation skills
- Excellent presentation and communication abilities
- Network within the construction/real estate industry
- Fluency in English and Arabic
Preferred Qualifications
- MBA preferred
- Track record of achieving sales targets
- Experience with government and private sector clients
- Knowledge of landscape architecture industry
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking
