About this Role

Lead our business development efforts to expand Ökoplan's market presence and develop strategic partnerships in the landscape architecture industry.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities
  • Develop and maintain client relationships
  • Prepare proposals and tender submissions
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements
  • Represent company at industry events
  • Conduct market research and analysis
  • Collaborate with design teams on project proposals

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
  • 5+ years of business development experience
  • Experience in construction or design industry preferred
  • Strong sales and negotiation skills
  • Excellent presentation and communication abilities
  • Network within the construction/real estate industry
  • Fluency in English and Arabic

Preferred Qualifications

  • MBA preferred
  • Track record of achieving sales targets
  • Experience with government and private sector clients
  • Knowledge of landscape architecture industry
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking
  • International business experience preferred
